Adult & Home Sale Consignor Details

Consignor details

ADULT & HOME CONSIGNOR PAY: 

Adult / Home Consignors make 60% on all sold items.  

There is a $10.00 consignor fee withheld from consignor checks.


Some Consignors who Volunteer are eligible to make a higher % on sold items.

Consignors who choose our tagging service (WeeTag) make 40% on sold items.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:   ADULT & HOME SALE:  TUE FEB 25 at 4pm


Consignor Registration  OPENS JAN 1, 2025


RETURNING CONSIGNORS:  even if you have consigned in the past, you must register every season.   Your LOGIN is your consignor number (no letters). Your consignor number is your LIFETIME number.  (If you have trouble logging in, email us.)


NEW CONSIGNORS: In the event the consignor number you want to use is not available, the system will automatically issue a new number.
(If you plan to consign with our adult sale.....  Register for the adult sale immediately after you register for the kids sale.  Request to use the same consignor number you were issued for the kids sale.  This way you will have the same consignor number for BOTH sales)  If you participate in both sales.... you must have the same consignor number in both systems. I can make changes to your account to make this happen. - just email me

8 SIMPLE STEPS TO CONSIGNING

1. Register to consign & get your consignor number (this is your long term #)   <One Consignor Number per Household>
2. Collect & Hang your items (limits on clothing & shoes - see ITEMS WE ACCEPT)
3. PRINT price TAGS from home  - SEE TAGS & HOW TO TAG
4. Fill in description & size on each tag then attach to item.
5. Drop-Off your items  (scroll down for drop off dates)
6. Shop Early (during our consignor private pre-sale)
7. Pick-Up or Donate your unsold items
8. Collect your check during Pick-Up. Seller Reports are available online the night before pick up. 


Tag / Barcodes are the key part of our system. Every item must have a TAG with a barcode.   (click on "how to tag" link above for instructions).
You will print your Barcode Tags Online. In the event you are unable to print tags, please order them via your consignor account then email us your batch number.  - we can print them for you - See TAG tab.

DROP OFF

  • STRICT LIMITS ON ADULT CLOTHING - SEE ADULT/HOME ITEMS WE ACCEPT PAGE UNDER THE CONSIGNOR TAB.
  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE SORTED BY SIZE & GENDER before we inspect items.
  • Donating unsold items? be sure to drop off a self addressed stamped envelope.  
  • The sooner you drop off,  the earlier you get to shop pre-sale night.
  • NO appointment needed for regular drop off.  Just show up. 
  • No drop offs allowed once the sale is open to the public. 
  • Multiple trips to drop off is perfectly fine.  
  • Large items, furniture, equipment can be dropped off anytime / day & MUST be inspected by Misty. 
  • EVERY ITEM WILL BE INSPECTED DURING DROP OFF

PICK UP CHECK & UNSOLD ITEMS

ADULT & HOME SALE  PICK UP:   MON  MARCH 10   12 - 6p 


WE NO LONGER MAIL OUT LEFT OVER CHECKS.

If you plan to donate unsold items, you must swing by the store to pick up your check OR give us a self addressed stamped envelope. 

We will not mail out  checks unless we have your envelope.


  • Bring totes, baskets, or boxes with you to pick up your items.
  • SWP Totes & Baskets are not allowed outside the building. 
  • You are required to go through every item before it leaves the store!  

Volunteers have taken the time to partially sort items for you. Unfortunately, items can be placed within the wrong consignor number range. It is your responsibility to make sure your items weren't placed with the wrong number by accident. 

  1. see pick up CHECK LIST at the door - follow ALL INSTRUCTIONS
  2. The entire store will be organized. all unsold items will be in the right department.  example: ladies small tops will be on the small racks, kitchen items will be in the correct baskets. bath items will be bath. Small high dollar items will be in the glass case or at the checkout counter.
  3. Check clothing racks, floor under hanging clothing,  table items, large item area, missing tag area, checkout area will have high dollar items, furniture, outdoor area, wall art, zip tied hand bags.
  4. Re-check every item you pulled to insure you do not leave with something that doesn't belong to you. You may not be the only person that brought that exact item.    
  5. Volunteers will be there to make sure you are leaving with only your consignor number items.
  6. Please take your items to your car. 
  7. Return all racks and shopping carts inside the store.
  8. Pick up your consignor check - reports are available online the night before pick up starts. (typically available after 9pm on Sunday)
  9. You're done


All unsold items MUST be picked up during the pick up date. Arrangements can be made for a friend or relative to pick up your items.

We will work with you the very best we can. However, any unclaimed items still remaining at the close of pick up will be donated to Teen Challenge of Chattanooga and various non profit organizations for women & children.
