Kid Sale Consignors make 70%.

Consigning Volunteers: work 2 shifts plus sorting make 75%.

Consignors who choose our tagging service (WeeTag) make 40%.

8 SIMPLE STEPS TO CONSIGNING

1. Register to consign & get a consignor number.
2. Collect / Hang items
3. PRINT price TAGS from home See HOW TO TAG page
4. DESCRIPTION/SIZE is REQUIRED on each tag. Attach to item.
5. Drop-Off items
6. Shop Early (consignor private pre-sale)
7. Pick-Up or Donate unsold items.

8. Collect Check during Pick-Up. Seller Reports are available online the night before pick up.

Tag / Barcodes are the key part of our system. Every item must have a TAG with a barcode. (click on how to tag page) Print Barcode Tags Online.

In the event you are unable to print tags, please order them in the consignor portal then email us your batch number. We can print them for you.

Items we take

ALL ITEMS MUST BE FROM SMOKE FREE HOMES AND VEHICLES.

Items $25 and Higher Give to Check-In table or Misty.

Accepted year round: Capri Pants, Short Sleeve Solid Polo type shirts (school uniform style shirts & shorts) Rain Coats, Rain Boots, Dress up/Halloween Costumes, Long Sleeve Pajamas & PJ Pants, Dance Wear, Leotards, Sporting Attire, Gear/Uniforms.

SHOES PRICED $20+ MUST BE DOUBLED TAGGED - ALL SHOES MUST BE INSPECTED.

Girls & Boys sizes infant sz 0 to a child sz 4. Size 5 & up are accepted at our adult sale.

Socks Infant to kids size 5 (must be STAIN FREE)

Maternity (all sizes & seasons accepted year round) Current & fashionable clothing, nursing pajamas, pregnancy & child rearing books, etc.

Books & Videos Children’s books (no ripped pages) NO VHS TAPES & NO VCRs

Puzzles (must have all pieces & box taped shut or placed in a ziplock bag)

TOYS & GAMES - MUST HAVE WORKING BATTERIES

STUFFED ANIMALS NO generic stuffed animals of any kind. (Disney, Trolls, PJ Mask, & other Brand Names accepted BUT must be in EXCELLENT CONDITION ONLY)

Other Toys: good condition w/ working batteries. Toys submitted w/ no batteries or dead ones - will be PULLED FROM THE FLOOR & NOT SOLD. Recalled items are not permitted.

Bedding NO PADDED CRIB BUMPER PADS/VINYL BUMPER GUARDS

Non-Padded Mesh Crib Liners are accepted.

No loose bedding - place inside a large clear storage bag No loose Comforters - (must be inside a clear bag or container) Blankets - Please HANG all blankets by folding over a hanger.

Infant Equipment Cribs (no drop side cribs), Bath toys, crib bedding, blankets, diaper pails, diaper bags, potty chairs, snuglies, infant swings, safety gates, highchairs, exersaucers, strollers, bassinets, cradles, changing tables, toddler beds, pack-n-plays, & car seats (CAN NOT be EXPIRED, never been involved in car accident & never recalled & must have a minimum 12 months remaining on expiration date)

FEDERAL BATH TUB LAW: Infant Bath Tubs must be manufactured on or after October 02, 2017. We can only accept tubs manufactured after this date. Tubs must have all working parts, locking mechanisms, and printed warning statements.

DROP OFF/PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

DROP OFF

ITEMS MUST BE SORTED BY SIZE & GENDER before we inspect items.
Donating unsold items? leave a self addressed stamped envelope.
The sooner you drop off, the earlier you get to shop pre-sale night.
NO appointment needed for drop off. Just show up.
Multiple trips to drop off is fine. We kindly ask that all small items like clothing, toys, and shoe drops are made on the same day.
Large items, furniture, equipment drop off anytime / anyday.

PICK UP

Bring totes, baskets, or boxes to collect your items.
SWP Totes & Baskets are not allowed outside the building.
You are required to go through every item before it leaves the store!
Volunteers have taken the time to partially sort items for you. Unfortunately, items might be placed in the wrong consignor numbers.
Consignor numbers are hanging by a range of numbers - find your number range (example 0 - 99)
Go through every department to pull your items.
Check clothing racks, floor under hanging clothing, table items, large item area, missing tag area, checkout area may have high dollar items & furniture.
Re-check items to insure you do not leave with something that doesn't belong to you.
Volunteers will be there to help inspect all exiting items.
Take items to your car, then Return racks and shopping carts inside the store.
Pick up your consignor check. Seller reports are available online the night before pick up. (typically available after 8pm)
Congrats! You're done.

All unsold items MUST be picked up during the pick up date.

Arrangements can be made for a friend or relative to pick up for you.

We will work with you the very best we can. However, any unclaimed items still remaining at the close of pick up will be donated to Teen Challenge of Chattanooga and various non profit organizations for women & children and Local Schools in need of clothing.

We WILL NOT accept items that are DIRTY, DINGY, STAINED, MISSING BUTTONS, BROKEN ZIPPERS, OUTDATED, FADED, WORN OUT, HAVE ODOR, OR DEAD BATTERIES.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT SHOES THAT ARE DIRTY, WORN OUT, OR OLD.

NATIONAL RECALL

It's against Federal Law to sell anything on national recall. It is the consignors responsibility to make sure the items you bring are not on this list. Please help keep our children safe by not consigning recalled or broken items of any kind.
