IMPORTANT DATES / INFO

ADULT & JUNIORS CONSIGNOR PAY: 

Consignors make 60% on all sold items.  

$10.00 consignor fee withheld from consignor checks.


Consignors who Volunteer are eligible to make a higher % on sold items.

Consignors who choose our tagging service (WeeTag) make 40%.

If you plan to donate unsold items, you must provide a self addressed stamped envelope. 

8 SIMPLE STEPS TO CONSIGNING

1. Register to consign & get a consignor number.
2. Collect / Hang items
3. PRINT price TAGS from home  See HOW TO TAG page
4. DESCRIPTION/SIZE is REQUIRED on each tag. Attach to item.
5. Drop-Off items
6. Shop Early (consignor private pre-sale)
7. Pick-Up or Donate unsold items.

8. Collect Check during Pick-Up. Seller Reports are available online the night before pick up. 


Tag / Barcodes are the key part of our system. Every item must have a TAG with a barcode.    (click on how to tag page)   Print Barcode Tags Online. 

In the event you are unable to print tags, please order them in the consignor portal then email us your batch number. We can print them for you.


ITEMS WE SELL

ALL ITEMS MUST BE FROM SMOKE FREE HOMES AND VEHICLES. 


Items $25 and Higher Give to Check-In table or Misty.


CLOTHING

New or Gently used great quality clothing in excellent condition.

  • Tops, Sweaters, Pants, Jeans, Dresses, Formals, Activewear, Outerwear, Scrubs, & Pajamas.
  • NO clothing items over 7 years old 
  • NO vacation destination shirts
  • Spring & Summer Clothing & Shoes accepted during MARCH Sale
  • Fall & Winter Clothing & Shoes accepted during SEPTEMBER Sale
  • Accepted Year Round short sleeve solid polo type shirts & shorts that meet school dress code.


SPRING / SUMMER  clothing and shoes

accepted during the Spring Sale (March only) Swimsuits, Shorts, Short Sleeve Shirts, Tank Tops, Easter Dresses, Everyday Dresses, Sandals, Spring Sweaters, Lightweight Jackets/Windbreakers, Springy Scarves.


FALL / WINTER  clothing and shoes

accepted during the Fall Sale (September only) Long Sleeve Shirts, Holiday Dresses, Everyday Dresses, Coats, Jackets, Sweaters, Boots, Winter Scarves/Hats/Gloves, Tights, Leggings, Jeans


SHOES, JEWELRY, HANDBAGS & ACCESSORIES

a wide range of  high-end designer labels to everyday brands. 

  • Handbags must be on a hanger (do not zip tie it to hanger)
  • CLEAN & in great condition.
  • Bags priced over $25 are secured to racks or inside display cabinets. 
  • Wallets secure the tag INSIDE the wallet, slip it inside the clear part where your license goes. 
  • Ties, belts, headbands, hats, watches, etc.


 NATIONAL RECALL:  It is against Federal Law to sell anything on national recall.  It is the consignors responsibility to make sure the items you bring are not on this list. Please help keep our families safe by not consigning recalled & broken items of any kind.    Go to https://www.cpsc.gov/  check your items.


DROP OFF / PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

DROP OFF 

  • ITEMS MUST BE SORTED BY SIZE & GENDER before we inspect items. 
  • Donating unsold items? leave a self addressed stamped envelope. 
  • The sooner you drop off, the earlier you get to shop pre-sale night.
  • NO appointment needed for drop off.  Just show up.
  • Multiple trips to drop off is fine.  


PICK UP

  • Bring totes, baskets, or boxes to collect your items.
  • SWP Totes & Baskets are not allowed outside the building. 
  • You are required to go through every item before it leaves the store!
  • Volunteers have taken the time to organize the entire store. Unfortunately, items might be placed in the wrong department. 
  • Look in every department to pull your items.
  • Check clothing racks, floor under hanging clothing,  table items, shoe area, missing tag area, checkout area may have high dollar items. (shoes, handbags, clothing)
  • Re-check items to insure you do not leave with something that doesn't belong to you. 
  • Volunteers will be there to help inspect all exiting items.
  • Take items to your car, then Return racks and shopping carts inside the store.
  • Pick up your consignor check.  Seller reports are available online the night before pick up.  (typically available after 8pm)
  • Congrats! You're done.

All unsold items MUST be picked up during the pick up date. 

Arrangements can be made for a friend or relative to pick up for you.

We will work with you the very best we can. However, any unclaimed items still remaining at the close of pick up will be donated to Teen Challenge of Chattanooga and various non profit organizations for women & children and Local Schools in need of clothing.  

Sorry, No Exceptions.
