Tag & Sticker Order Schedule:  I have to manually change the barcode format.  The system will open for registration soon. The schedule below will let you now when to place barcode orders based on what you prefer (stickers or tags).  I will start off flipping the format on a weekly basis.  Starting FEBRUARY 1, 2024 - the barcode schedule will be every other day approx 9am.

JUNE 1-7 system will generate FULL TAGS

JUNE 8-14 system will generate STICKERS

JUNE 15-21 system will generate FULL TAGS

JUNE 22-28 system will generate STICKERS

JUNE 29-JULY 5 system will generate FULL TAGS

JULY 6-12 system will generate STICKERS

JULY 13-19 system will generate FULL TAGS

JULY 20-26 system will generate STICKERS

JULY 27-AUG 2 system will generate FULL TAGS

BARCODE FULL TAGS:  (our preferred method for tagging items)

FULL TAGS are generated based on above schedule.

USING TAGS Means:  

• NO PEEL & STICK BARCODES 
• NO INDEX CARDS 
• NO MARKING RED X's
• JUST FILL IN THE BOX WITH A DESCRIPTION & SIZE
  

Supplies needed for TAGS: 

• white printer paper or cardstock (if picking up unsold items)
• colored printer paper or cardstock (if donating unsold items)
• safety pins or tagging gun (INSERT NEEDLE ONLY IN SEAM)
• tape, zip ties, zip locks, ribbon. (attaching to non-fabrics)

Sometimes you have to get creative when attaching tags to items.

BARCODE STICKERS:  see below for photo

STICKERS are generated based on above schedule.

USING STICKERS Means:

• ATTACHING PEEL & STICK MAILING LABELS TO INDEX CARDS
• HANDWRITING ALL INFO ON THE INDEX CARDS  (size, description, consignor number, price, "X" if item is to remain full price on discount days)
  

Supplies needed for STICKER TAGGING:

• white index cards (if picking up unsold items)
• colored index cards (if donating unsold items)
• mailing label stickers (avery template 5160)
• safety pins or tagging gun (INSERT NEEDLE ONLY IN SEAM)
• tape, zip ties, zip locks, ribbon.  

Sometimes you need to get creative when attaching tags to items.​

NOTE: It doesn't matter which tagging method you use. They both work.

HOW TO ORDER & PRINT  TAGS & STICKERS

(DIY from home or work! SUPER EASY & takes less than 5 minutes):
- Place orders based on the quantity, price, discount or no discount - 
a.  Price on Label  (enter price)
b.  # of labels at this price  (enter quantity)
c.  Allow Discount?  (select yes or no)
After you are finished keying in the barcode amounts,  

click Submit Order.
You will be taken to a message page. 

Click Display Barcodes for Printing
* Insert printer paper, card stock, or mailing label sheets into 

the printer & click PRINT.  

Login as needed to order, print, & reprint tags.

Follow the instructions above & below for ordering BARCODES. 

Once you successfully submit your order.... You will be taken to a Message page. At the TOP of this page is your Batch Number.
You Must Email your Consignor # & Batch # to us asap.  If we do not receive an email, we will assume you are printing them yourself.
We will send email confirmation letting you know when your TAGS are available for PICK UP.
